Reservations are only taken for over-night guests. Temporary Dockage is available on a first-come, first-served basis. For overnight reservations we will do our best to accommodate requests but can not guarantee a specific slip or location in the marina.
Waterside Marina Rules and Regulations
- General.
- Owners must present a copy of appropriate licensing and registration prior to use of the marina.
- Owner may not use the slip, dock, or other facilities at WM for commercial purposes; Commercial advertising, including posting of “FOR SALE” signs, is not permitted without authorization from WM.
- WM may reassign slips at its discretion; if a vessel owner cannot be located after a reasonable attempt has been made, WM may move the vessel to the newly assigned slip.
- Owner shall be liable for all costs and expenses incurred by WM in the enforcement of any provision of the Agreement, including reasonable attorney’s fees.
- Fees. All slip fees are due in advance for the period of dockage (i.e., daily, weekly, or monthly.) Refunds may be made on a pro-rata basis; no cash refunds are available. WM shall have a lien against the vessel, its equipment, and contents for any unpaid sums under this agreement.
- Vessel Maintenance, Repair and Housekeeping.
- All vessels must be in a seaworthy condition and not constitute a hazard to other marina users. Each vessel must be equipped with an automatic bilge pump and a fire extinguisher.
- No maintenance, painting, or repair of vessels is permitted while the vessel is tied up at the marina, unless approved by WM.
- Piers and slips are to be kept clean at all times. Loose gear is not to be stored on the dock. Shore power cords and water hoses must be neatly positioned so as to minimize hazard and not impede foot traffic on the piers.
- Laundry is not to be hung from boat rigging, lifelines, pulpits, or the docks.
- WM may raise and repair – at Owner’s expense – any vessel which sinks for any reason while docked at the marina.
- Environmental.
- Owner shall comply with local, state and federal environmental regulations.
- All refuse and trash must be placed in receptacles provided.
- Discharge of bilge fluids or sewage into the waters at the marina is prohibited.
- Disposal of oil, chemicals or solvents near or in trash cans/on docks is strictly prohibited. Violators will be subject to substantial fines.
- Use of the Marina.
- Owners shall reasonably observe the rights, privileges and welfare of other marina users.
- Owners shall not make or permit to be made any disturbing noises on or about the slip by his agents, guests, or invitees, nor do or permit anything to be done which will interfere with the rights, privileges, or welfare of other marina users – This includes, but is not limited to; playing loud music at any hour, grilling on the docks, erecting tents or other structures on the docks, blocking access to any part of the docks, or hosting gatherings on the dock
- No swimming, diving, fishing, or crabbing is permitted while at the marina.
- Pets must be leashed at all times while at the Marina.
- Consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited on the slips, piers, and other facilities of the marina unless in conjunction with an authorized special event. Consumption of alcoholic beverages on vessels docked at the marina is authorized.
- Live aboards are not allowed.
- WM reserves the right to terminate the Agreement and deny access to the marina to any person or vessel failing to comply with these Rules and Regulations. Any unearned portion of fees shall then be refunded to the Owner.
